Transforming Lives Into Vessels Fit For The Master's Use

HISTORY

Rhema Worship Center began with a very small core group of people in the Old Mill Basin section of Brooklyn, New York in 2007.  Our Senior Pastor, Rev. Winston Pierre, while still living in south New Jersey, felt the call of God upon his life to plant a church in the New York City area and began laying the foundation.  After several months of prayer, fasting and seeking the will and purpose of God for this ministry, Rhema Worship Center was born.

 

Over the years Pastor Pierre has been faithful and consistent in challenging God's people to victorious Christian living by passionately declaring God's word with clarity and precision. As a church, we are committed to the  mission God has given us: "Transforming Lives into Vessels Fit for the Master's Use."  We are excited as God continues to make this mission a reality on a regular basis. Also, we are thankful for the shaping and designing of this ministry through the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Our name "Rhema" speaks to our focus.  We believe that the word of God is our only rule of conduct and the final authority in our lives.  It is from this standard that Rhema serves in the kingdom of God.
